On this page you will find some audio and video samples of Swing Shift's   music.  The singers are  Holly Pitrago (soprano), Dina Torok (soprano), Janette LaBella (alto), Joel Dalton (tenor), Phil Azelton (Baritone), and Richard Gilinsky (Bass).

Audio

 One of the group's signature pieces is Phil Azelton's beautiful arrangement of the Beatles' standard, "Blackbird."  Here is a recording of that arrangement. 


Video

Swing Shift appeared twice in 2010 at Bob Stane's Coffee Gallery Backstage in Altadena.  Enjoy some clips from those performances. 

In 2002 the original Swing Shift quintet was invited to appear on KLCS's Mosaic series in an episode featuring a cappella singing in Los Angeles. Here is a video shot in the KLCS studio. Excerpts from it aired on the Mosaic broadcast in September.
